the weather was beautiful today…
here’s a rare picture of us together (usually one of us is playing photographer…)

we ate at a hole-in-the-wall seafood place…
it’s a good thing we ate before we saw this, or i would have been fasting.
the fish was so fresh they were scaling red grouper on the back porch…and feeding the scraps to the 15 cats that hung around for free fish.
a) that completely violates my don’t-want-to-see-raw-meat-unless-it’s-wrapped-in-plastic-on-a-styrofoam-tray rule.
b) WHAT THE HECK?!? how in the world does that pass inspection?!?

after dinner we shopped a little and watched the big kids play some more…they had a blast.

today we ventured to the amusement park.
katelynn loved the bumper boats, and got soaking wet in the process.

tanner enjoyed trying to climb out of her stroller. she wanted to ride, too!

absolutely precious.
tanner’s first walk on the beach,
and katelynn, being katelynn.
enjoy.
Well friends, we’ve changed our minds.
We were a little more cautious today…
First she wanted to touch the water…you know, to see if it was wet.

Then she decided to kick back and ponder this whole swimming thing for a while.

Then daddy decided she’d like jumping up and down in the water if he was holding her…he was right.

She’s so proud of herself for swimming like a big girl! Can you tell?

Please, no making fun of her thighs. We’ve laughed at them so much I think we’re giving her a complex.
Katelynn loves to swim.

Tanner does not.

I think the water was too cold.
But Katelynn & Pacey didn’t seem to mind…

i’m officially exiting gwinnett county.
if you need me, i’ll be reading by the pool…in florida. ![]()
blogging may be sporadic, but twitter shall reign supreme.
peace out.

Creative Chaos at ragamuffinsoul.com

This week at The Vine we finished a series called theRomans8LIFE, where we discussed Life in the Spirit. Here’s a funny video we used to illustrate how cool it’d be to have an internal GPS…and then we discussed how the Holy Spirit wants to be your personal, internal GPS.
