My big little brother graduated from college today! It’s always fun to go back to Athens, though you know you’re really old when all the “college kids” look like high schoolers to you. Oh, how perceptions change. Anyways, we dressed the kids in their UGA-attire (thanks for the awesome onesie, Katie & Bella!) and headed up 78 for a fun-filled morning. Here’s the K-dawg, demonstrating our view from the 300 level. It’s hard to believe she’ll be in college in 10 years.

And here’s Matt, amidst the other 4,000-something grads.
For all my tech-geek friends, notice how rockstar this lens is….we were SO far away….it may as well be spy equipment. ![]()

Tanner entertained herself by stealing daddy’s glasses 100 times…

And then stealing mommy’s glasses 100 times…

Here are my little Georgia girls waiting to eat at the Last Resort Grill…

Where Tanner thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the table like a big-girl and trying to grab everything. Check out all her teeth…she’s growing up so fast!

Congratulations Matt! We’re all proud of you!

How many teeth does Tanner have?! Ella still has only 2 teeth and almost no hair. Tanner looks about a year older than her.
Doug went to his little bro’s graduation in Athens today AND ate at Last Resort afterward. Weird.

What a wonderful day. How did my “baby” boy get to this point so quickly? Seems like your Dad and I were just at UGA living in married housing and graduating, too. I love that place - think my blood bleeds red and black!! The day was gorgeous, restaurant great, girl’s precious - all day! Thank you for your help moving some college stuff home. Seems like you and Nick graduated last week and don’t worry, you DO look as young as these kids. Want some pics with all of us tomorrow. What a milestone, we will pray for the next phase!!!

Tell Matt I said congratulations. Hard to believe he is old enough to graduate and it makes me feel pretty dang ancient. Anyway, graduating from college is no simple task, so let him know I am proud of him.
