Katelynn had a great time playing softball this season, so I thought I’d share some pictures of my little slugger. I was afraid she might have inherited my (non)athletic ability, but she actually got significantly better as the season progressed.
I’m proud of her. ![]()

Here’s what happens when worship design meets team mom: fun dugout banners. Ha Ha. It was actually pretty cool — there’s 1/2 inch of green glitter around the lightening bolt (her team was the “Green Thunder”) and the neon orange zip ties that secure the foam boards were a great addition to the dugout environment. J/K. But seriously, the kids loved stopping by to check themselves out.

And, for the grand finale and the whole reason for this post, please…notice my super-cool button. It’s totally my style, don’tcha think? Too bad they don’t make leather wrist bands with your kid’s face on them to sell to the non-soccer-moms in the crowd. ![]()

Closing thoughts:
1. I know you like our matching parent shirts.
2. I contemplated getting “K-Dawg’s Mom” on the back of mine, but I’m too cheap to pay for personalization.
3. If you’re ever in the need of a rockstar green visor, and you’ve searched everywhere just can’t find one, now you know who to call.

you are such a good mom! but you need to pay for the personalization! it’s one of my goals in life to have a shirt that says “so and so’s mom” on the back. do it for those of us who don’t have a kid yet:) and I think I’m the only one in that group:)

Do it for me too! Oh, and katelynn looks like she’s taking a squat w/ that wide stance (if you know what i mean…haha). I’m no one to judge, she’s the one hitting them out of the park! I pull muscles when i squat like that!
