The day has finally arrived.
Stoked, I tell you!!!

Things are just about to get a whole lot more fun… :D :D :D

You can still ask questions.
Let’s knock out the easy ones first:

Batman or Superman? Neither. I haven’t seen either. If I had to choose something, I’d go Ninja Turtle.

HOW THE CRAP are you so skinny? I’m really more interested in that than how you maintain a close walk w/ the Lord. Sinful, yes. But true. Umm I actually feel kinda nasty post-baby, but I am pretty intentional about a couple of things. Usually. I’ve been kinda slack since Tanner’s arrived, but I’m about to get disciplined. A. Starbucks or Smoothie King = meal replacement. So for breakfast I can have something like Starbucks (skim milk) and almonds, or a bagel (preferably whole grain from dunkin donuts…amazing) and water, but not Starbucks AND a bagel. B. When I’m behaving I have the no-more-than-one-non-water-beverage-a-day rule. In general I’d rather eat calories than drink them. C. When behaving, I ask for a to-go box when I order an entree in a restaurant, and put half of it in the box before I start eating. Cause I’m gonna eat what’s on my plate. And most restaurants give me twice as much food as I really probably need. D. I suck at cardio, but I don’t mind lifting weights (at my house) and walking around the neighborhood. Not that I’m actually doing that right now. E. I don’t snack. Much, at least. I chain-chew Orbit gum. F. I never allow random baked goods to reside at my house. If I make a cake or something, I slice it immediately and give away all but like 3-4 pieces. If it’s just sitting there looking at me from the cake stand I’ll be tempted. G. Basically I just want to feel healthy and I want my clothes to fit. Because I can’t afford to buy new ones. Thankfully, however, I’m not a weight-psycho like I used to be. Life’s too short to not eat cheesecake. I just try to eat half a piece instead of half a cheesecake.

Worship Design, Doing Church 11:45 am

This weekend we started a new series at The Vine called Kingdom. It’s based on this book, which is incredible and a definite must-read, and…you know…the sayings of Jesus. It’s completely rocking my world. But for this week’s Creative Chaos, I wanted to show you what a set-change looks like…time lapsed to 60 seconds.

Those three guys in the video — Nick, Kris, and James — a.k.a. Triple Trouble — are amazingly crafty, and I’m so thankful for them!
Here are some pictures of the finished product:
